I built Ask Herbie, a healthcare chatbot for a UK client (Neil Cartwright) at Plantz.io, making health-related information easier to access using AI, done properly. The chatbot uses a vector-based retrieval system to understand context instead of keyword matching, which made a huge difference in answer quality. We're integrating Pinecone as the vector database to improve response accuracy, retrieval speed, scalability, and reliability. The focus is a solid retrieval pipeline: structuring knowledge, optimizing embeddings, and grounding answers in data. AI products are infrastructure-heavy, not just prompt engineering. Embedded via iframe into the existing WordPress site with product and remedy suggestions based on user needs.

Perfete is a wedding vendor directory where couples discover and compare wedding professionals and get inspiration for luxury weddings and events. I contributed to the product using React, Supabase, AWS S3, and Cloudflare CDN—so the app stays fast and scalable with reliable auth, storage, and global delivery. The focus was a clear, performant experience for browsing vendors and content.

I manage and optimize the Etsy store ApheaFashion, a fashion brand specializing in boho-inspired silk blend kimono robes and resort wear. As Virtual Assistant / Store Manager, I handle product listings, SEO optimization, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, customer communication, and overall store performance. Through strategic listing optimization, seasonal campaigns, and marketplace best practices, the store maintains strong visibility and consistent sales growth within the competitive Etsy fashion category.

As a contributing team member for Deeva AI, I worked on the development of their innovative web application . The platform is designed to offer interactive companionship with features such as AI-driven conversations, live voice calls, and personalized virtual interactions. My role involved implementing key functionalities that enhance user engagement and ensuring seamless integration of features, aligning with Deeva AI's mission to provide a unique and immersive user experience.

Arrow Seven is a digital solutions agency that combines design, development, and marketing to help businesses establish a strong market presence. I built their site with Next.js, Framer Motion, and Tailwind CSS for a fast, animated, and responsive experience. The platform showcases their end-to-end offerings including branding, web development, and strategic marketing, empowering businesses to turn their ideas into impactful realities.
