I built Ask Herbie for Plantz.io—a healthcare AI chatbot for Neil Cartwright's UK platform. It uses Pinecone vector retrieval for grounded answers instead of keyword matching, with embeddings, knowledge structuring, and WordPress iframe integration plus product suggestions.
