Hello! My name is Saad, and I'm a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3.5+ years of professional experience. My journey in tech began during my undergraduate studies in Computer Science, where I explored diverse technologies and honed my skills in full-stack development. Since then, I've worked on impactful projects across web and mobile domains.
I have had the privilege of working with reputable companies like TheHexatown, Megaverse Technologies, and Codeaza Technologies. At TheHexatown, I specialized in responsive design, API development, and implementing tokenization security protocols. I built Ask Herbie, a healthcare chatbot for a UK client (Neil Cartwright) at Plantz.io, making health-related information easier to access using AI, done properly. The chatbot uses a vector-based retrieval system to understand context instead of keyword matching, which made a huge difference in answer quality. We're integrating Pinecone as the vector database to improve response accuracy, retrieval speed, scalability, and reliability. The focus is a solid retrieval pipeline: structuring knowledge, optimizing embeddings, and grounding answers in data. AI products are infrastructure-heavy, not just prompt engineering. Embedded via iframe into the existing WordPress site with product and remedy suggestions based on user needs.
